2017 Riesling

Our Suisun Valley Riesling is world renowned. Lemon and lime give this wine a crisp, clean, fruity flavor. There are touches of spice and ginger notes as well, but this one is mostly about that delicious lemon and lime. Those flavors continue on the long finish.

Pairing: Fresh Roasted Pheasant, Grilled Duck, Potato Pancake, Pear Soufflé

Cheeses: Fondue, Brie, Blue, Edam, Gouda, or Monterey Jack cheeses.
