2017 Petite Sirah

Aged 16 months in oak. Full of vibrant strawberry, rich coffee and dark chocolate flavors. There is plenty of spunk and spice in this red wine. The malleable tannins provide a solid structure and make for a delicious pairing with all things barbecued.

Pairing: Beef, Pork and Cured Meats.

Cheeses: Blue, Feta, Gouda, Muenster, or Asiago cheeses.
