2017 Grand American Niagra

Our Niagara wine can be described as a voluptuous white wine with notes of passion fruit, clean spring water and watermelon. The wine fills the palate with sweet notes and ends with a clean finish.

Pairing: Kale Salad with Cranberries, Chicken Picante, Toasted Chestnuts, Roasted Grouse.

Cheeses: Goat Cheese and Feta Cheeses with Garlic and Herbs.
