Harvest Time!

Its almost time! Harvest time in Erie, Pennsylvania is a few weeks away. Looks like we will start harvesting the Diamond around September 5th, and then into the fermenters! The frost this year was troublesome but the crop is looking good. The total crop will be less but so far looking sweeter this year. We expect 400 to 500 tons this year in total!
